Enter Steel enterprises continue active work on expansion of production capacities and localisation of products.
In particular, at the branch of Enter Steel Almalyk LLC, under the project of construction of copper concentrator 3 (MOF-3) on the basis of AMMC, the second workshop is under construction, where large-size structures will be assembled, in particular, mill equipment products for ore crushing. Its launch will allow the plant to reach the planned production capacity - to produce several thousand tonnes of steel structures and products for the mining industry (up to 4 ball mills per year).
The shop will be equipped with modern lines, which are purchased from the world famous manufacturers Metso Outotec and Thyssen Krupp, and also two overhead cranes with carrying capacity of 150 tonnes (own production of Enter Steel) are installed, which currently have no analogue in our country, which will make it possible to produce products of the highest quality. The total number of employees of the enterprise will be more than 1000 people.
As a result, the plant will fully meet the needs of MOF-3 construction. Alexey Mikov, a specialist of static equipment group and responsible for the workshop construction from Enter Engineering Machine Building Directorate said:
- The area of the main premises of the ball mill shop, excluding the annex, will be 8730 m2. At the moment, the building foundation has been arranged: the excavation has been dug, the foundation footings and monolithic reinforced concrete basement with its waterproofing have been poured, the foundations for the columns have been created, and backfilling of soil and sand with compaction has been carried out. Pouring of support columns, concrete lintels, rough floors and bases of complex shapes for technological equipment is in progress.
